Meet Drew Noon, the highly respected winemaker and owner of Noon Winery, a boutique, family-run estate in McLaren Vale renowned for its expressive red wines, which have garnered a devoted following.

As a Master of Wine (MW)—one of the most prestigious titles in the wine industry—Drew combines deep academic knowledge with a hands-on, approach to winemaking. His wines, crafted from low-yielding, dry-grown vines, reflect a true sense of place, with an emphasis on purity of fruit and minimal intervention.

Beyond his winemaking, Drew is a key committee member of the Districts of McLaren Vale program, playing an integral role in defining and communicating the unique characteristics of our region’s diverse terroirs. Through his expertise and storytelling, he helps bring to life the connection between soil, climate, and wine, strengthening McLaren Vale’s reputation for producing world-class, site-driven wines.
